The Built to Lockup price includes the supply of all items in the “External Kit Speciation” (1-15) plus the following:
16. Shire council building application lodgement including standard fee & charges to lockup stage (owner to apply for separate licence to complete the home).
17. Housing indemnity insurance/Contract of Works Insurance to lock up.
18. Concrete slab / footings and termite treatment excluding part B (perimeter spray)
19. Experienced tradesman to erect your home to lockup.
20. 4 months maintenance period.
21. 6 years structural guarantee.
